I'm 3!

Well it is official, little miss Izze has turned 3. Where has time gone? Drew and I watched her old videos and couldn't believe what 3 years can do. I'm sure every mom goes through this, but I sure do miss "baby" Izze. Don't get me wrong, toddler Izze is quite fun, I just love her vocabulary and the social interaction we have, but sometimes I miss holding and rocking her to sleep. Everyone always tells us to enjoy the time because it goes by fast, I pray we can slow down time because the past three years just flew by. Anyways, here are a few pictures from her special day. Keep in mind she was under the weather, but we did get to Betty Brinns Children's Museum before the fever kicked in.

Birthday Princess

Yesterday we had 2 birthday parties in honor of Isabel turning 3 years old. The first party was her very first kids party. We had a princess theme and all the little girls wore pretty dresses and crowns. Isabel and her friends enjoyed sipping cocoa's in mini porcelain cups as well as mini #3 shaped sandwiches, fruit and cheese. The girls enjoyed dancing, singing, and playing.

After the first party ended, Izze went down for a 3 hour nap and then it was on to party #2. This party was more of a family thing. Isabel enjoyed the time with her cousins and continued the fun well into the evening. I have to say she was quite a trouper and gave hugs to EVERYONE who came.

When we put her to bed last night she thanked both Drew and I and told us it was the best day ever. What a sweetheart! I just love her to pieces. Happy Birthday Princess Isabel, I Love You!!!!
